WP Notify Subscribers allows admins to send out emails to all site registered users whenever a new article is published on the site.

The plugin comes with a section in the WP backend where the content of the message can be customized to fit any privacy policy.

WP Notify Subscribers also doesn't take traffic away from the site, sending only a link via the email, not the entire article.

Installation:

Unpack and upload it to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress.
